Surayj ibn Yunus narrated to us, Hajjaj ibn Muhammad narrated to us, from Ayyub ibn Khalid, from Abdullah ibn Rafi’, the freed slave of Umm Salamah, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) took my hand and said: "Allah created the soil on Saturday, and He created the mountains in it on Sunday, and He created the trees on Monday, and He created the disliked things on Tuesday, and He created the light on Wednesday, and He dispersed the beasts on Thursday, and He created Adam after ‘Asr on Friday, the last of the creation, in the last hour of the hours of Friday."
