Hadith 155:294

Hashim ibn al-Harith narrated to us, Ubaydullah ibn Amr al-Ruqqi narrated to us, from Layth ibn Abi Sulaym, from Ziyad ibn Abi al-Mughirah—or Ziyad ibn al-Mughirah—from Abu Hurayrah, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: "Fight the people until they say: 'There is no god but Allah.' If they do that, they have protected their blood and their wealth from me, except by its right, and their reckoning is with Allah." He said: And I heard him saying: "The guest has three rights upon the one with whom he stays; whatever is beyond that is charity. And it is upon the guest to depart, so that he does not cause the people of the house to sin." He said: And I heard him saying: "There is no Muslim who supplicates with anything except that Allah responds to him regarding it; either He gives it to him, or He expiates a sin from him by means of it, as long as he does not supplicate for a sin or the severing of kinship ties."
