Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 155:313

Suwayd narrated to us, 'Asim ibn Hilal Abu al-Nadr narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Jahadah, from Abu Ishaq al-Hamdani, from al-Agharr, who said: I bear witness regarding Abu Hurayrah and Abu Sa'id that they both bore witness regarding the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, saying: "Five [phrases], whoever says them, Allah confirms him: There is no god but Allah alone, He has no partner. There is no god but Allah, the King, the Truth; to Him belongs the dominion and to Him belongs the praise. There is no god but Allah, and Allah is the Greatest. There is no god but Allah, and there is no power and no strength except by Allah." The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "Whoever speaks these words during his illness, Allah forbids him to the Fire."
