Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 155:345

Al-Harith ibn Surayj narrated to us, Marwan narrated to us, from Yazid ibn Kaysan, from Abu Hazim, from Abu Hurayrah, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) slept through the two rak'ahs of the dawn [prayer]. He prayed them after the sun had risen.
