Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 155:91

'Abd al-Wahid ibn Ghiyath narrated to us, Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn 'Amr, from Abu Salamah, from Abu Hurayrah, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "The anger of Allah intensified against a people who crushed the egg upon the head of their Prophet while he was calling them to Allah."
