Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 147:60

Abu Ubaydah narrated to us, Abu Sa'id narrated to us, Zarbi Abu Yahya narrated to us, from Anas, who said: While we were with the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), he raised his head, and behold, there was an old man who had approached. The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "He is not of us who does not honor our elder and show mercy to our young."
