Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 27:2

Muhammad ibn Abd Allah ibn Numayr narrated to us, Yahya ibn Ya'la narrated to us, my father narrated to me, from Ghaylan ibn Jami', from Qays ibn Muslim, Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Layla narrated to me that his father informed him: That the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) divided sheep, and he assigned one sheep for every ten of his companions.
