Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 113:29

Ibrahim ibn Sa'id al-Jawhari narrated to us, Rayhan ibn Sa'id narrated to us, from 'Abbad, from Ayyub, from Abu Qilabah, from Anas, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) gave permission to a household of the Ansar to perform ruqyah (incantation) for the fever (or venomous sting). And he gave permission for ruqyah for the evil eye and the nafs (soul/envy).
