Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 42:106

From the Musnad of Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (RA)

Hadith 42:106

From Abu Nadra, who said: I think he narrated it from Abu Sa’id, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to, when he put on a garment, name it by its name—a turban, or a shirt, or a mantle—and say: "O Allah, to You is the praise. You have clothed me with it. I ask You for its good and the good of that for which it was made, and I seek refuge in You from its evil and the evil of that for which it was made."
