Abu Bakr ibn Abi Shaybah narrated to us, Ubaydullah narrated to us, Shayban narrated to us, from Firas, from Atiyyah, from Abu Sa’id, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "It will be said to the companion of the Qur'an when he enters Paradise: 'Recite and ascend.' So he will recite and ascend for every verse a degree."
