Amr ibn al-Dahhak ibn Makhlad narrated to us, my father narrated to us, from Sufyan al-Thawri, from Abdullah ibn Abi Bakr, from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib, from Abu Sa'id, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "The best of the men's rows is the first, and the worst of them is the last. And the best of the women's rows is the last, and the worst of them is the first."
