Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 42:173

Narrated to us Uqbah, narrated to us Yunus, narrated to us Muhammad ibn Abi Layla, from Atiyyah, from Abu Sa’id al-Khudri, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There will emerge on the Day of Resurrection a neck [extension] from the Fire, having a tongue that speaks. It will say: 'I have been entrusted today with three: everyone who set up another god alongside Allah, and every stubborn tyrant.' And he did not name the third. Then it will fold itself upon them and cast them into the depths of Hell."
