Abu Khaythama narrated to us, Jarir narrated to us, 'Abd al-Malik ibn 'Umayr narrated to us, from Qaza'a, from Abu Sa'id, who said: I heard something from him that pleased me, so I said to him: "Did you hear this from the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace?" He said: "Would I say about the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, what I did not hear?" He said: I heard him saying: "Do not undertake a journey except to three mosques: this mosque of mine, the Sacred Mosque, and the Al-Aqsa Mosque." He said: And I heard him saying: "A woman shall not travel for two days of time unless her husband or a mahram of hers is with her." He said: And I heard him saying: "Prayer is not appropriate after the dawn prayer until the sun rises, and after the afternoon prayer until the sun sets." And I heard him saying: "Fasting is not appropriate on two days: the day of breaking the fast of Ramadan and the day of the sacrifice."
