Zuhayr narrated to us, Yazid bin Harun narrated to us, Dawud bin Abi Hind informed us, from Abu Nadra, from Abu Sa’id, who said: A man came to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and said: "O Messenger of Allah, we are in a land of dabb (lizards), so what do you command us?" The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "It has reached me that a nation from the Children of Israel was transformed into beasts, and I do not know which of the beasts they are." So he did not command us and he did not forbid us.
