Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 42:304

Zuhayr narrated to us, Abdullah bin Ja'far narrated to us, Isa narrated to us, from al-Mujalid, from Abu al-Wadak, from Abu Sa'id, who said: We had wine belonging to an orphan. When the verse in [Surah] al-Ma'idah was revealed, we asked the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) about it, and we said: "It belongs to an orphan." He said: "Pour it out."
