Zuhayr narrated to us, Sa'id bin 'Amir narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from Qatadah, from Sulayman bin Abi Sulayman, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, who said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "There will be leaders who will be surrounded by hangers-on from the people—or he said: 'entourages.' Shu'bah said: 'I think he said: They will commit injustice and tell lies. Whoever believes their lies and aids them in their injustice, he is not of me, and I am not of him. And whoever does not believe their lies and does not aid them in their injustice, he is of me, and I am of him.'"
