Zuhayr narrated to us, Abd al-Samad ibn Abd al-Warith narrated to us, al-Mustamir ibn al-Rayyan narrated to us, Abu Nadra narrated to us, from Abu Sa’id, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Indeed, the world is green and sweet, so fear Allah and fear women." He said: Then he mentioned three women who were among the Children of Israel. One was short, and two were tall. She made a leg for herself out of wood until she reached their height. She took a ring and made a latch for it, and she filled it with the best of perfumes, musk. Whenever she passed by a gathering, she would open the latch, and the scent of musk would spread.
