Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 42:39

Abu Bakr narrated to us, Khalid ibn Makhlad narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Musa narrated to me, from Sa'd ibn Ishaq, from his paternal aunt, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "A woman is married for one of three qualities: for her wealth, for her beauty, or for her religion. So, seek the one who possesses religion and character, may your hands be covered in dust (i.e., may you prosper)."
