Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 42:420

On the authority of Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, from the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), he said: "When the Day of Resurrection arrives, the disbeliever will be made to know his deeds, so he will deny and dispute. It will be said, 'These are your neighbors testifying against you.' He will say, 'They have lied.' It will be said, 'Your family and your kin.' He will say, 'They have lied.' It will be said, 'Swear [an oath].' So they will swear. Then Allah will silence them, and their tongues will testify, then He will enter them into the Fire."
