Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 42:70

Ahmad ibn ‘Isa narrated to us, Ibn Wahb narrated to us, Ibn Lahi‘ah informed me, from Yazid ibn Abi Habib, from al-Walid ibn Qays, that Abu Sa‘id informed him that he heard the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) saying: "Whoever’s fasting coincides with Friday, and he visits a sick person, and attends a funeral, and gives charity, and frees a slave, Paradise becomes mandatory for him."
