Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 128:21

Abu Bakr ibn Abi Shaybah narrated to us, Abd al-Rahim ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Yahya ibn al-Harith, from Amr ibn Amir al-Ansari, from Anas ibn Malik, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) forbade three things: the meat of the sacrificial animals (al-adahi) beyond three days, visiting graves, and this nabidh (fermented drink) in these vessels. Then he said: "Verily, I forbade you from three things, then it appeared to me that people keep their provisions, offer gifts to their guests, and store for those who are absent. So eat and store whatever you wish. And I forbade you from visiting graves—I think Abu Bakr doubted—so visit them, and do not say anything obscene." It is as if he said: "It softens the heart, brings tears to the eyes, and reminds one of the Hereafter." "And I forbade you from nabidh, so prepare nabidh in whatever you wish, but whoever wishes to do so, let him tie his waterskin, for there is sin [in drinking what has become intoxicating]."
