Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 128:31

Ishaq ibn Abi Isra'il narrated to us, Abdullah ibn Idris narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Ishaq, from Abdullah ibn Dinar, from Anas ibn Malik, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Indeed, before the Hour, there will be years of deception, in which the liar will be believed, the truthful one will be disbelieved, the treacherous one will be trusted, and the Ruwaybidah will speak." They said: "O Messenger of Allah, and what is the Ruwaybidah?" He said: "The corrupt little man who speaks regarding the public affair."
