Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 45:6

Ibrahim ibn Sa'id narrated to us, Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from al-Hasan ibn Sa'd, from Ibn 'Abbas, from Abu Talhah: That the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, performed Qiran (combining) of Hajj and 'Umrah.
