Hadith 45:8
Ibrahim ibn al-Hajjaj al-Sami narrated to us, Abd al-Wahid ibn Ziyad narrated to us, Uthman ibn Hakim narrated to us, Ishaq ibn Abdullah ibn Abi Talha narrated to us, he said: Abu Talha said: We were sitting in the courtyards talking, and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came and stood over us and said: "What is the matter with you and the sittings of the pathways? Avoid the sittings of the pathways." We said: "O Messenger of Allah, we did not sit for anything harmful; we sat to discuss and talk." He said: "If you must, then give it its right." We said: "O Messenger of Allah, and what is its right?" He said: "Lowering the gaze, returning the greeting, and good speech."
