Hadith 49:5
Ahmad ibn Ibrahim al-Dawraqi narrated to us, Abd al-Samad narrated to us, Harb narrated to us, Yahya narrated to us, Ishaq ibn Abdullah ibn Abi Talha narrated to me, from Hurayth Abu Murrah, that Abu Waqid al-Laythi narrated to him, he said: While we were with the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), three people passed by. One of them came and found a gap in the circle, so he sat down. The other sat behind them, and the third went away. The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Shall I not inform you about these people?" They said: "Yes, O Messenger of Allah." He said: "As for the one who came and sat down, he sought refuge, so Allah gave him refuge. As for the one who sat behind you, he felt shy, so Allah felt shy of him. And as for the one who went away, he was a man who turned away, so Allah turned away from him."
