Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 149:103

Zakariya narrated to us, from Hushaym, from al-A’mash, from Abu al-Duha, from Masruq, from ‘A’ishah, who said: When the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would visit a sick person, he would place his hand on the place where the sick person felt pain, then he would say: "In the name of Allah. No harm, no harm. Remove the harm, O Lord of the people, and heal, for You are the Healer. There is no healing except Your healing, a healing that leaves behind no illness." ‘A’ishah said: When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) became ill, I placed my hand upon him to say these words, but he pulled his hand away from me and said: "O Allah, You are the Highest Companion."
