Ibrahim ibn al-Hajjaj al-Sami narrated to us, Hammad narrated to us, from Hammad, from Ibrahim, from al-Aswad ibn Yazid, who said: I asked Aisha about the vessels which the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) forbade. She said: "The gourd and the pitched vessel." And they are green jars coated with pitch that are brought from Egypt.
