Ibrahim narrated to us, Hammad narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Ishaq, from Yahya ibn Abbad, from Aisha: That the Negus gifted a gift to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, in which there was a gold ring with an Abyssinian stone in it. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, took it with a stick and handed it to Umamah, as if turning away from it, and said: "Adorn yourself with this."
