Yahya ibn Ma'in narrated to us, 'Abdah narrated to us, from Hisham ibn 'Urwah, from his father, from 'Aishah, she said: Hassan ibn Thabit asked the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, for permission to satirize the polytheists. He said: "How will you deal with my lineage among them?" He said: "I will extract you from them just as a hair is extracted from dough."
