Harun ibn Ma'ruf narrated to us, Damrah narrated to us, from al-Awza'i, from al-Zuhri, from 'Urwah, from 'Aishah, who said: I perfumed the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) for his ihram, and I perfumed him for his exiting of ihram with a perfume that does not resemble this perfume of yours; meaning, it does not have permanence.
