Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 159:100

Shayban ibn Farrukh narrated to us, Yazid ibn Iyad ibn Ja'dabah narrated to us, al-A'raj narrated to us, from Abu Hurayrah, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "I do not like for a Muslim to spend the night in a state of major ritual impurity (junub), for I fear that he might die, and the angels would not attend his funeral."
