Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 159:138

Suwayd ibn Sa'id narrated to us, from Malik, from Dawud ibn al-Husayn, from Abu Sufyan, from Abu Hurayrah, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) granted a concession regarding the sale of *'araya* (dates on the tree for harvested dates) for what is less than five *awsuq* (loads), or for five *awsuq*. Dawud was in doubt whether it was "five" or "less than five."
