Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 159:90

And with his chain of narration, he said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "By the One in Whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, I have indeed intended to order firewood to be gathered, then order the prayer to be called, then order a man to lead the people in prayer, then go to men [who are absent] and burn their houses down upon them. By the One in Whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, if one of you knew that he would find a meaty bone or two good trotters, he would surely attend the Isha prayer."
