Abu Bakr ibn Abi Shaybah narrated to us, Abdullah ibn Idris narrated to us, from Mutarrif, from Abu Ishaq, from al-Bara’ who said: I was presented on the day of Badr to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, I and Ibn Umar, and we were deemed too young. And we witnessed the day of Uhud.
