Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 162:23

Harun narrated to us, Abdullah bin Wahb narrated to us, he said: Al-Layth informed me, from Abd Rabbih bin Sa'id, from Imran bin Abi Anas, from Abdullah, from Rabi'ah bin al-Harith, from al-Fadl bin Abbas, from the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), that he said: "The prayer is two by two. You recite the Tashahhud while facing the Qibla in every two rak'ahs, and you show humility, submissiveness, and stillness. Then you raise your hands—meaning you lift them toward your Lord, with their palms facing your face—and you say: 'O Lord, O Lord.' Whoever does not do that, it is deficient."
