Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 156:8

'Uqbah ibn Mukram narrated to us, Yunus narrated to us, 'Abbad ibn Rashid narrated to us, from al-Hasan, who said: Abu Hurayrah narrated to us, while we were at that time in al-Madinah, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "The deeds will be presented on the Day of Resurrection. The prayer will come and say, 'O my Lord, I am the prayer.' Allah (Mighty and Majestic is He) will say, 'You are upon good.' Then the charity will come and say, 'O my Lord, I am the charity.' He will say, 'You are upon good.' The fasting will come, and the deeds will come likewise, and they will say, 'O my Lord.' Then [the narrator] said: I think he said, 'Islam will come and say, "O my Lord, You are the Peace (as-Salam) and I am the Islam (submission)." Allah will say, "You are upon good; through you I take today, and through you I give."'" Then al-Hasan said: "Indeed, the religion in the sight of Allah is Islam. And whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, it will never be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he will be among the losers."
