Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 137:6

Ubayd ibn Janad al-Halabi narrated to us, Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi al-Rijal narrated to us, from Ishaq ibn Yahya ibn Talhah ibn Ubayd Allah, he said: Thabit al-A'raj said to me: Anas ibn Malik informed me, from the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said: "This nation will continue to be in goodness as long as, when it speaks, it speaks the truth; when it judges, it acts justly; and when it is asked for mercy, it shows mercy."
