Abu Khaythama narrated to us, Hamid ibn Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from Zuhayr, from Abu Ishaq, from al-Harith, from Ali ibn Abi Talib, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), who said: "A man inherits from his brother through his father and mother, to the exclusion of his brothers through his father."
