Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 3:109

Abu Bakr ibn Abi Shaybah narrated to us, Sharik narrated to us, from 'Abd al-Malik ibn 'Umayr, from Nafi' ibn Jubayr ibn Mut'im, from 'Ali, that he described the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), and he said: He was of a large head, white with a mixture of redness, of a large beard, of thick joints, and of rough palms and feet. I have not seen the likes of him before him, nor after him, may Allah bless him and grant him peace.
