Zakariya ibn Yahya al-Wasiti narrated to us, Sharik narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from Hani ibn Hani—or Yazid ibn Hani—from Ali, who said: Ammar sought permission to enter upon the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. He said: "Welcome to the pure, the purified."
