'Abd al-Ghaffar narrated to us, 'Ali bin Mushir narrated to us, from al-Ash'ath bin Siwar, from al-Hakam, from 'Abd al-Rahman bin Abi Layla, from 'Ali bin Abi Talib, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) commanded me to slaughter the sacrificial camels and to give their meat as charity. So I returned to him to ask him about their coverings and their hides, and he commanded me to give them as charity.
