Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 3:365

Zuhayr narrated to us, Waki’ narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from al-Harith, from Ali, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) decreed that the debt is to be paid before the bequest, and you recite: "After any bequest he may make or debt." And [he decreed] that women have no inheritance from the blood money of their husbands, and that the full brothers (children of the same father and mother) inherit from one another to the exclusion of the half-brothers (children of the same father but different mothers).
