Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 3:44

Ubayd Allah narrated to us, Yahya narrated to us, from Ibn ‘Ajlan, he said: Ibrahim ibn ‘Abd Allah ibn Hunayn narrated to me, from his father, from Ibn ‘Abbas, from ‘Ali, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) forbade me from the gold ring, and from reciting [the Qur’an] while bowing, and from *al-Qassi* (silk-blended garments), and from *al-Mu‘asfar* (garments dyed with safflower).
