Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 3:97

Abu Khaythama narrated to us, Abd al-Samad ibn Abd al-Warith narrated to us, my father informed me, al-Hasan ibn Dhakwan narrated to us, from Habib ibn Abi Thabit, from Asim ibn Damra, from Ali, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade the eating of every beast of prey having a canine tooth, and every bird having a talon. And he forbade the price of a carcass, and wine, and domestic donkeys, and the earnings of a prostitute, and the stud fee of every male animal.
