Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 105:15

Al-Qawariri narrated to us, Ghundar narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: I heard Qatadah narrating from Abu Nadrah, from Qays ibn 'Abbad, who said: I said to 'Ammar ibn Yasir: "Have you considered your fighting? Is it an opinion you reached—for opinion may be right or wrong—or was it a covenant that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) entrusted to you?" He said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did not entrust anything to us that he did not entrust to all the people." And he said: "Indeed, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said"—and Shu'bah said: "I think he said: 'Hudhayfah narrated to me, he said: "Indeed, there are twelve hypocrites in my nation who will not enter Paradise, nor will they smell its fragrance, until the camel enters into the eye of the needle. Eight of them will be dealt with by the *dubaylah* (a burning abscess), a lamp of fire that appears in their shoulder blades until it pierces or reaches their chests."'"
