Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 105:30

Hajjaj narrated to us, Ya'qub narrated to us, Abu Uways narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, that Ubayd Allah ibn Abd Allah informed him, from his father, from Ammar ibn Yasir, that he said: We performed tayammum with the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, from the dust. So we wiped our faces and our hands up to the shoulders.
