Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 51:3

'Amr ibn Hurayth said: I sold a house of mine and land in Medina. My brother, Sa'id ibn Hurayth, said to me: "Refrain from it as much as you are able, and do not spend any of it, for I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: 'Whoever sells a house or real estate, it is likely that he will not be blessed in it, unless he puts it into the like of it.'" 'Amr said: So I bought with some of its price this house of mine—meaning the house of 'Amr ibn Hurayth.
