Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 112:20

Al-Hakam ibn Musa narrated to us, Mubashir ibn Isma'il al-Halabi narrated to us, from Tamam ibn Najih, from al-Hasan, from Anas, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "There are no two recording angels who raise to Allah what they have recorded, and Allah sees at the beginning of the scroll goodness or at its end, but that Allah says to His angels: 'Bear witness that I have forgiven My servant what is between the two ends of the scroll.'"
