Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 116:5

A man who had drunk wine was brought to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and he ordered him to be beaten with two sandals forty times. Then a man who had drunk wine was brought to Abu Bakr, and he did the same to him. Then a man who had drunk wine was brought to Umar, and he consulted the people regarding that. Abd al-Rahman ibn Awf said, "The least of the prescribed punishments is eighty." So Umar beat him eighty times.
