Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 125:3

Abu Khaythama narrated to us, Affan narrated to us, Abdullah bin Bakr narrated to me, he said: I heard Ata bin Abi Maymuna narrating—I do not know it except from Anas—that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) never had a case of retaliation (qisas) brought to him, except that he commanded pardon in it. Ibn Bakr said: I used to narrate it from Anas, having no doubt about it. So they said: "From Anas?" I said: "I do not know it except from Anas."
